Today is Bella's Kindergarten Thanksgiving Party and Daddy has taken the day off so he can attend. When I told Bella last week that Daddy was going to be the one coming to her party she almost had tears in her eyes..
"I just love my Daddy too much!" (And he loves you Sweet Pea).
So today Daddy is taking her to school, having lunch at school with her and then checking her out of school for the afternoon and they are going to go see a movie. She is beyond excited!!
"Grammy..I remember when I was like 4 or maybe 3 and you painted my toenails and fingernails and curled my hair and I got to put a tiny bit of blush on my cheeks and I got all dressed up and then my Daddy picked me up and we had a movie date! I remember that!! And we are doing it again!! I love my Daddy!" (You have a very special Daddy! I love him, too!)
Today will be a catch up day for me..I'm going to finish putting up Christmas decorations outside and start planning our Thanksgiving dinner!

Carol's surgery went very well! As a matter of fact she is back home already!! We are all so very proud of her and her determination to get back on her feet. YOU ROCK, Carol!!! Bella (and all of us) loves MeMe so much and was very worried about her. She was very excited to hear she was going home last night!
